12 Days of Fitmas: Day 4

Hello hello!

Welcome to Day 4!

Today I have one of my very favorite total body workouts. Simple moves that add on to each other to give you a great workout in no time! I also have 1 recipe done 2 different ways, which is always fun!

Let's get to it!



Today's recipe is actually TWO recipes that will give you the same result! It is easy, kicks my sweet tooth to the curb, and keeps me out of the Starbucks line, which is always a win!


Peppermint Mocha Shakeology {2 way

Version 1:
- 1 C cold coffee (either leftover or cold brew...either will work!)
- 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
- 2-3 drops mint extract (a little goes a LONG way!)
- ice

Version 2:
- 1 C water
- 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
- 1-2 t cocoa powder
- 2-3 drops mint extract
- ice

Pick your version, mix it all together, blend or shake and enjoy! All the peppermint mocha goodness with none of the junk!
