12 Days of Fitmas: Day 3

Hi friends!

Welcome back to the 12 Days of Fitmas! I'm so glad you are back. How are you feeling? Have you tried any of the workouts? How about the recipes? 

I've got some good stuff for you today! Let's get to it!



What does Christmas morning breakfast look like for you? Do you sit down at the table and eat? Do you make finger food that you can nibble on while you open presents? We do a little bit of both, depending on the year, and both are wonderful!

No matter what you do, this list will have something just right!

And now it's workout time! Today's workout is only 1 MINUTE! You can do that, right? I love this one because even though it is short, there is a modified version and a full-out version so that anyone can tackle this bad boy!
