Spice It Up! 21 Day Fix approved spice mixes

Hi friends!

For me, food has to have flavor or it is no fun at all. And let's be should be fun! When I started my first round of 21 Day Fix I worked hard to decrease my salt intake (it was a bit crazy!), but I did that simply by cutting out the bulk of my salt. I also stuck with super basic things like chicken and eggs during my first round. I wanted to make sure I understood this new system. Hello, boring food! It made me sad, and no one wants to be sad.

Then I discovered these, and my whole world changed! Food tasted good again, and I was a happy camper!

My 2016 Reading List

Hello, friends!

I have a lot of favorite things, but books are pretty much at the top of the list. I used to be an exclusively fiction reader, but over the last year or so I have really dug deep into personal development and have fallen in love! Whether it is from a business perspective or a faith perspective I always want to be reading something that is challenging me and growing me. 

I've set some pretty big goals in terms of the books I want to tackle this year. Here is the full list, plus some of my favorite ways to make sure I get them all in!
